About Michela
Postdoctoral Researcher in Translational Oncology with a PhD in Translational Medicine and Oncology from Sapienza University of Rome. Specialized in radiopharmaceutical development, molecular imaging, nanotechnology, and translational oncology, with expertise in the design and preclinical evaluation of targeted imaging and theranostic agents, including peptides, antibodies, and nanoparticles. Currently a member of the AI-Driven Drug Discovery Group led by Albert Antolín at the Vall d’Hebron Institute of Oncology, where her research lies at the interface of computational drug discovery and nuclear medicine. Her work focuses on the AI-guided design and optimization of novel peptide-based ligands for the development of next-generation radiopharmaceuticals, integrating in silico modeling, molecular imaging, and precision oncology approaches.
